Buying 5 retail stores & redecoration with Burgista Bros Theme - Piccadilly
 

Burgista Bros was a six stores franchise project which our team managed to buy & redecorate 5 stores across London. The project was an intensive work from start to finish, working closely with the architects and interior designers to create these stunning, energy-efficient shops. Each shop features high-end finishes, bespoke commercial kitchens, and spacious open-plan serving area. The restaurants have received glowing feedback from the customers and critics who have praised the quality of the construction and the exceptional level of interior design by Baratix .

 

Purchase & Renovation - Howard Walk, Hampstead 
 

This project involved in purchasing a detached house in auction & the complete renovation and extension of a Victorian home in the charming Hampstead neighborhood. Our team worked closely with the client to modernize the interiors while preserving the home's original architectural features. We added a contemporary kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and a spacious rear extension that seamlessly blends with the property's original structure. The client was delighted with the purchase & results, praising our attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.

Buying Notting hill- Holland Park Project 
 

Holland Park Mews was an exclusive development of four luxury flats located in holland Park. Our team managed to negotiate the price , purchase the un-modernised project & developing the development project from start to finish, working closely with the architects and interior designers to re design these stunning, energy-efficient flats. Each flats features high-end finishes, bespoke kitchens, and fantastic open-plan living areas. 

Transforming a single house to HMOS at Crest Rd - NW2

The Crest Rd project was a conversion of a residential development into five HMO flat at  Brent Cross area. Baratix was responsible for the purchase & refurbishment of these great studios in an  open-concept with loft and rear extension. Each unit features a kitchenette, shower and toilet. project was completed on time and within budget, earning praise from the property developer for our team's efficient project management and exceptional craftsmanship.

Acquiring Engadine Street- SW18 5DU

The Engadine Street was a bespoke residential project located in the picturesque Wimbledon area. Our team worked closely with the seller estate agent to buy the property at least 15% under market value, design and construct a unique, contemporary home that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The property features a light-filled open-plan living area, a custom-built kitchen, and a landscaped garden with a built-in outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. The client was extremely satisfied with the end result, citing our team's commitment to quality and excellent communication throughout the project.

Purchasing Somerton Road, Cricklewood- NW2 
 

Somerton project was a residential house in need of full refurbishments.  Our team negotiate the price ,bought the property,  transformed an old style house to a contemporary and modern residential space. We collaborated with the project's architects and designers to preserve the building's unique character while incorporating innovative design elements and modern materials. Our client was extremely pleased with the project's successful outcome.
